Rusk Custard Pudding
Rusk
Custard pudding is a creamy, quick and easy dessert if you have vanilla custard
which is premade. Doesn’t require much effort.

Ingredients:
o
20 Rusk
o
½ Cup Sugar
o
½ Cup Water
o
¼ Cup Rose
water(optional)
o
2 Cups of Vanilla
Custard
o
Almond and
pistachios Shivers to garnish
o
Dried Rose petals
to garnish(optional)
Method:
o
Boil water and
sugar in a saucepan for 5 mins till the sugar dissolves completely. Add rose
water and mix well. Put off the stove.

In a bowl arrange
the rusks. Drizzle the sugar syrup. Pour the custard over the syruped rusk.
o
Arrange another layer of Rusk over the custard. Repeat the same thing.
Pour the sugar syrup. Then pour the custard.
o
Garnish with the
slivered almonds and pistas and rose petals.
o
Cover the
container and refrigerate it for at least 3-4 hours.
o
Served the
pudding chilled.
