/ Potato fry can be favorite of many. This one reminds of my childhood days
when my mom used to prepare the fry we used to just eat it by itself. As in
these day the kids like French Fries J

Boiled Potatoes
Mint Leaves (optional)
Red Chilli Powder
Garam Masala
Salt

Method
2. Heat oil in a pan and season with cumin seeds. Once they start crackling add cubed potatoes and chopped mint leaves. 3. Mix them gently. Cook them for 9-10 minutes on low to medium heat. Stirring them in between. 4. Add salt, red chilli powder and garam masala and mix . Now turn the heat to medium and stir and cook for another 3-4 minutes and put off the stove. 5. Aloo fry ready to serve. |
