of curries can be prepared. Here is a recipe with cluster beans which tastes
simply tasty.

Cooked Rice
Finely Chopped Cluster Beans
Green Peas
Curry Leaves
Turmeric Powder
Red chilli Powder
Tamarind Paste
Salt/ Sugar

Mustard
Urad Dal
Channa Dal
Oil
Asafetida

Method
1. The cooked rice
should be fluffed so that each grain is separated.
2. Heat oil in a
pan and make the seasoning. Add the chopped cluster beans, green peas and
curry leaves. Give a good mix. Cover with a lid and cook on a low to medium
heat for 10 minutes.
3. Sprinkle some
water and mix well. Cook it covered again for 10 minutes.
4. Add all the dry
powders, salt/ sugar and tamarind paste. Mix well. Cook till you get a good
aroma. It may take another 5-6 minutes. Put off the stove.
5. Now nicely mix
the cluster bean mixture to the fluffed rice.
6. Garnish with coriander
leaves and grated fresh coconut and serve.
