Oats Banana Bread


Super moist and yummm….. Banana, oats and walnuts are a lovely combination. If you have a loaf pan its well and good else you can always use cake tray. Serve it warm, bet you won’t stop with just one piece

All Purpose Flour
Oats
Mashed Banana
Sugar
Chopped Walnut (optional)
Cinnamon Powder
Butter
Curd
Baking Powder
Milk
1 Cup
1 Cup
1 ½ Cup
1 Cup
½ Cup
½ Tsp.
½ Cup
½ Cup
½ Tsp.
¼ Cup
Method


 
1.     Cream sugar and butter (room temperature) together. To this add curd and cream again.
 
 
 
2.     Add mashed banana and cinnamon powder and beat for ½ minute. Add chopped walnuts at this point and beat for another ½ a minute.
 
3.     Mix all-purpose flour, baking powder and oats well in a separate bowl.
4.     Now mix the flour mixture and the creamed mixture together and beat well for a minute.
5.     Add milk if necessary and beat again.
6.     Grease the tray with a little butter, and pre heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
 
7.     Bake for 40-45 minutes; keep an eye while it bakes. Remove it from the oven after 5 minutes. Let it cool.
