Method
1. Chop the
tomatoes and pressure cook the raw bananas with its skin in a cooker for 3-4
whistles.
2. Crush green
chillies, garlic and a little salt together.
3. Once the bananas
are pressure cooked, let them cool down a bit. Now peel off the skin and cut
them into small pieces.
4. Heat oil in a
pan and make the seasoning. To this add the crushed green chilli and garlic
mixture and sauté for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
Add chopped tomatoes and
sauté again for 4-5 minutes.
5. Add the banana
pieces and some turmeric powder, salt and some jaggery (if you wish to).
6. Mix well and
cook for 4-5 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
