Churmura / Mandakki / Puffed Rice
Tomatoes
Onion
Carrot
Coriander Leaves
Red Chilli Powder
Salt
Coconut Oil (Optional)
Spicy Mixture (Store brought)
Lemon Juice

Method
1. Chop onion and
tomatoes finely but separately. Carrots well grated. Coriander leaves finely
chopped again.
2. Take churmura in
a big mixing bowl. Add coconut oil, salt and red chilli powder. Mix well.
3. Add chopped tomatoes,
onion and carrot to the churmura mix, give a quick mix.
4. Now squeeze
lemon to the mixture and mix again. Add coriander leaves and the store
brought mixture and mix well again.
5. Serve
immediately and enjoy…
