Time Pass Churmura


Quick and easy snack for evening with Churmura. The coconut oil provides nice aroma and enhances flavor!

Churmura / Mandakki / Puffed Rice
Tomatoes
Onion
Carrot
Coriander Leaves
Red Chilli Powder
Salt
Coconut Oil (Optional)
Spicy Mixture (Store brought)
Lemon Juice
2 Cups

1 Big

1 Tsp.
As Reqd.
2 Tsp.
2-3 Tbsp.
To Taste.
Method
 
1.     Chop onion and tomatoes finely but separately. Carrots well grated. Coriander leaves finely chopped again.
 
2.     Take churmura in a big mixing bowl. Add coconut oil, salt and red chilli powder. Mix well.
 
3.     Add chopped tomatoes, onion and carrot to the churmura mix, give a quick mix.
 
4.     Now squeeze lemon to the mixture and mix again. Add coriander leaves and the store brought mixture and mix well again.
5.     Serve immediately and enjoy…
