Dill Leaves / Sabakshi
Tamarind
Green Chillies
Desiccated Coconut
Salt / Jaggery

Urad Dal
Chana Dal

A Pinch

1. Clean the leaves
and chop them roughly. Cut the green chilies too.
3. Saute on low to
medium flame for 15-20 minutes till done. Just before putting of the stove
add dessicated coconut and sauté for a while.
4. Let it cool.
Grind the sauteed mixture with very little water.
5. Do the seasoning
and pour over the chutney.

Dill chutney ready to serve
