Vanilla Fruit Pudding
Vanilla fruit pudding is a very easy and a
yummy recipe and needs no cooking. My friend Latha shared this recipe, thanks
Latha. Other fruit combination which can be added may be strawberry and banana,
blueberry and banana.

Ingredients

Vanilla Pudding
Condensed Milk
Cool Whip
Wafers
Bananas
Mangoes

Method
1. In a mixing bowl. Mix condensed milk, cool whip
and vanilla pudding together. Mix well and set aside.
2. Slice the bananas. Cut mangoes into thin slices.
3. In a glass bowl arrange the first layer – wafers,
next pour the mixed pudding mixture and cover the first layer.
4. Now arrange next layer – fruits, banana slices
first and mango pieces above the banana slices completely so that each new
layer is covered by the old one.
5. Repeat the same again, first wafers, second
pudding and third the fruits. Complete till your pudding mixture is over.
6. Refrigerate the pudding at least for 5-6 hours.
7. Serve cold, scoping all the layers in a bowl.
