Method
1. Pressure cook
urad dal with ½ cup of water for 3 whistles. Let it cool. Grind the cooked
dal with green chillies to a smooth paste.
2. To the dal paste,
add the rice flour and sesame seeds. Prepare the dough.
4.
Keep oil ready to deep fry.
5.
Now take a Murukku maker which has different attachment
plates, the one used here is with some round holes in it.
6.
Take a small amount of dough and fill the maker.
9.
Let it cool and store it in an air tight container.
