Method
1. Roast urad dal
to light brown in color and till you get a nice aroma. Let it cool. Powder to
smooth.
2. Now to the
powdered urad dal flour add 3 cups of rice, chutney dal powder, salt, butter
and cumin seeds and mix.
4.
Now take a Murukku maker which has different attachment
plates, the one used here is a star type of plate.
5.
Take a small amount of dough and fill the maker.

Let it cool and store it in an air tight container.
