Salsa



 Homemade tomato salsa. Easy and tasty and chatpata. This recipe does not require boiling or steaming of the veggies. Just chop the veggies and combine well. Refrigerate them so that the flavor blends well. Serve with tortilla or corn chips.

Tomatoes
Green capsicum
Red Capsicum
Jalapenos
Garlic
Red onion
Parsley
Coriander Leaves
Lime
Salt
Oil

Method
1.     Finely chop all the veggies.
 
2.     Chop parsley and coriander leaves finely.
3.     Mix all together. Add salt, oil and lime juice. Combine well.
 
4.     Store it in a container and refrigerate for 2-4 hours. Serve with Corn Chips
