Falafel
Falafel is a traditional Arab food. These
are deep fried patties made out of chickpeas. Falafel can be served as
appetizer with hummus or tahini. Falafel can be stuffed into pita pocket with
tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, salt, pepper and tahini and can be served.

Ingredients
|
Chick Pea
Garlic
Onion
Ginger
Coriander Leaves
Parsley
Cumin
All Purpose Flour
Green Chillies
Salt
Oil

1 Can

1 Tbsp.

To Taste
To Deep Fry

Method
1. Chop onion, coriander and parsley coarsely. Soak Chick peas in water overnight.
2. In a food processor add drained chick peas and
all the above ingredients except oil. Blend them together without adding any
water.
3. Take the
mixture out in a mixing bowl.
4. Heat oil to deep fry. Form the mixture to small
ball.
5. Deep fry the falafel to golden brown.
6. Serve hot.
