Spinach Rava Idli


Rava idli with spinach. Green in color and healthy too specially to kids. Try this. Here goes the recipe.

Semolina / Rava / Sooji

Method
1.  Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté chopped spinach, green chillies and garlic for 3-4 minutes. Let it cool. Grind to a smooth paste and set aside.
 
2.  Heat oil in a pan and do the seasoning. To this add semolina and fry for 3-4 minutes on medium heat. Let it cool.
 
3.  To the cooled semolina add curd, salt and baking powder and mix. Add water to adjust the consistency of the idli batter. Now add the spinach paste and mix well.
 

 
4.  Grease the idli moulds. Pour the idli batter and steam for 20- 25 minutes.
 
5.  Your Spinach rava idli is ready to serve.
