Ingredients

Wheat Flour
Oats
Grated Garlic
Carom Seeds
Coriander Cumin Powder
Red Chilli Powder
Turmeric Powder
Salt
Oil

Method
1. Powder oats to
smooth powder just like wheat flour.
2. In a mixing bowl
add wheat flour, oats powder, carom seeds, grated garlic, coriander cumin
powder, salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder.
3. Mix well with
hands. Now add a scoop of curd and mix. Add enough water to make dough which
should be like a chapati dough.
4. Drizzle oil and
cover the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.
5. Now knead the
dough well. Divide the dough to equal portions.
6. Roll each potion
to small circle, apply oil on to the circle and fold to triangle shape. Dust
the working space with wheat flour and roll the triangle. This way the
Paratha on cooking give a flaky Paratha.
7. Heat a skillet
and cook the Paratha on both the sides applying oil.
8. Serve with
pickle and raita.
