easy type of bajji. Bhajji / bajji is a savory made of chopped vegetables
mixed in spiced batter and deep fried. An Indian version of vegetable
fritters. You can make with thinly sliced onion, capsicum, eggplant or even
combine all and make mixed vegetable fritters.
