Banana
Chopped Walnuts (optional)
Sugar (approx.)
Cardamom Powder (optional)
Ghee

1. Peel and chop the bananas and puree.
2. Heat a nonstick pan / heavy bottom pan with 1
tbsp of ghee. Pour banana puree to the pan. Heat on medium to low.
3. Add sugar to taste. Mix well till the sugar
dissolves. Keep stirring.
4. When it starts boiling the light color starts to
change to a light gold color.
5. Keep stirring in an interval of 2 minutes. After
about 30- 40 minutes add chopped walnut and cardamom power and mix well.
6. The halwa starts leaving the edge of the pan that
means the halwa will be done any time by now. Add another tbsp. of ghee and
mix well.
7. The banana halwa turn dark and shiny. Time to put
off the stove.
8. Slice it and serve or serve it in a bowl
