Seven Cup Cake
Seven
Cup Cake is a simple and yummy sweet that you can quickly prepare and all at
home would enjoy too. This is not cake but barfi! The name 7 cup comes from
the 7 cups of ingredients used… However i have used 1 cup less of sugar (to
suite my taste!!).

Ingredients
|
Gram Flour / Besan
Powdered (Cashew/ Almond)or Fresh Grated Coconut
Sugar
Milk
Ghee

Method
1. Mix all the
above ingredients in a nonstick pan preferably.
2. Set it on medium
to low heat and stir the mixture.
3. The mixture
starts bubbling. Keep stirring.
4. Almost after 20 minutes
it turns to a thick mass.
5. Meanwhile grease
a plate with ghee and set.
6. The mixture then
starts leaving the edge of the pan and starts to turn to gold to light brown
in color and porous in texture. Put off the heat.
7. Transfer the
mixture to the plate. Flatten the mixture with greased palm. Cut to desired
shape immedietly.
8. Let it cool.
9. Transfer to an
air tight box.
