Method
1. Chop leafy vegetables
finely and onion elongated. Slit green chillies.
2. Heat oil and
ghee in a pan, add spices one by one and sauté. Add onion and slit green
chillies and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
3. Sauté chopped
spinach and green peas and fry for 4-5 minutes.
4. Grind grated
coconut and fennel seeds to a smooth powder.
5. Add rice and fry
for 2-3 minutes, now add ground powder and fry again for 2-3 minutes. Add
salt and water.
6. Cook rice till done.
