Tamarind Paste
Turmeric Powder
Red Chilli Powder
Roasted Peanuts
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Curry Leaves
Salt And Jaggery

Method
1. Cut okra to small pieces.
2. Heat oil and season with mustard. Add okra and
curry leaves and fry on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
3. Add tamarind paste, salt, jaggery to the frying
okra and mix gently. Now add ½ cup of water and let it boil for 8-9 minutes.
4. Meanwhile grind the roasted peanuts and chopped
coriander leaves to a smooth paste.
5. Add this paste, turmeric and red chilli powder to
the boiling okra.
6. Let it cook well, adjust to desired consistency
by add required amount of water.
7. Okra in peanut gravy ready to serve.
