Misal Pav
Misal
Pav means spicy curry with pav / bread / bun. This curry is made of sprouted
lentils and is cooked with typical kolhapuri masala / godha / goda masala.
This
dish should be served piping hot with all the garnishing above and usually
eaten with pav. When the usal is garnished with tomato, onion, coriander
leaves and with sev / Chivda/ mixture then it is called misal. Don’t forget
to squeeze some lime juice to misal. My family's all time favorite.
