Chopped Coriander Leaves

Method
1. Spread the cooked rice in a bowl. Let it cool.
3. Add milk and mix
gently again.
4. Heat oil in a pan and start making the seasoning. Before switching the stove off add asafetida and curry leaves and stir it with a spoon. You can always add chopped green chillies in the seasoning it totally left to you.
5. Pour the
seasoning over the mixed curd rice. Mix gently. Let it stay for some time.
6. Check for the
consistency of the curd rice. You can always add extra curd or milk depending
on how you like. ( Because the rice soaks up the curd and milk)
7. Garnish with
coriander leaves and sliced grape pieces and serve.
