Basmati Rice
Chopped onion
Boiled Corn
Green Peas
Green Chillies
Fennel Powder
Cinnamon
Cloves
Bay Leaf
Star Aniseed
Cumin Seeds
Salt
Oil+Ghee

Method
1. Cook basmati
rice separately and set aside.
2. Heat oil in a
pan add cumin seeds, cloves, star aniseed, bay leaf and cinnamon and fry for
few seconds.
3. Add chopped
onion and green chillies and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
4. Add boiled corn and green peas
and mix. Sprinkle salt.
5. Mix well and
cook for 3-4 minutes. Add rice and mix again. Fry for 3-4 minutes.
6. Garnish with
coriander leaves and serve.
