Slit Green Chillies
Grated Ginger
Curry Leaves
Grated Coconut (Optional)
Lemon Juice

Urad Dal
Chana Dal

Method
1. Season with the
above ingredients with oil.
2. Add green
chillies, grated ginger, grated carrot and curry leaves. Mix gently.
3. Let it cook on
low to medium heat for 7-8 minutes.
4. Add salt and mix
well. Cook for another 4-5 minutes.
5. Squeeze lemon /
lime juice and garnish with grated coconut and serve.
