Beetroot Gojju / Beetroot Curry
While I
have posted different Beetroot dishes from Rasam, Sambhar, dry Palya to
Raita, I realized I had not shared one of the delicious recipes with Beetroot
– Beetroot Gojju! Unlike the dry Beetroot Palya, this has tamarind paste and
chutney dal based gravy, and hence has slightly tangy and sweetish taste. The
Beetroot Gojju goes well with Chapati and also mixed with hot rice and ghee.
Kids would love this for the color!
