stir fry is a dry type of curry. Can be serve with rice and chapathi.

Ingredients

Chopped Beans
Chopped onion
Salt and Jaggery

To Grind
|
Cumin Seeds
Desiccated Coconut
Garlic (Optional)

½ Tsp.
1 Tbsp.
1-2 Pods
|
Seasoning
|
Mustard
Urad Dal
Asafetida
Oil

½ Tsp.
1 Tsp.
To Taste
As reqd.

Method
1. Heat oil in a
pan, add mustard, let it splutter. Add urad dal and asafetida and do the
seasoning.
2. To this add
chopped onion and chopped beans and stir.
3. Sprinkle little
water and cook on low to medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
4. Grind the
ingredients above in “to Grind” and add ½ tsp. of red chilli powder to the
ground mixture and run the mixture again.
5. Add the ground
powder, salt and jaggery and mix well and cook for another 10 minutes.
6. Mix well again
and put off the stove.
7. Beans curry
ready to serve.
