Method
1. Cook rice. After it cools separate the grains and
fluff with a fork.
2. Chop spring onions finely. Chop onion finely.
Sprouts are of green gram and moth bean.
3. Grind the masala “To Grind” to a smooth paste
with very little water.
4. Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds, cinnamon,
cardamom and cloves and stir. Add onion and sauté for 1-2 minutes on low to
medium flame.
5. Add sprout and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
6. Now add the ground masala and cook till the raw
smell goes.
7. Add chopped spring onion and mix well.
8. Cook for 2-3 minutes and stir in rice add salt to
taste and fry for 3-4 minutes.
9. Serve hot.
