Ginger tambuli is very easy to prepare. Tastes well, smell heavenly and good
for health. Curd can also be replaced by buttermilk. If buttermilk is add the
consistency of the tambuli becomes like Rasam.

Ginger / Shunti
Cumin Seeds
Grated Coconut
Curd
Oil
Salt & Sugar

Method
1. Thinly slice ginger or grate.
2. Heat on low to medium. Heat little oil in a pan add cumin seeds. Fry for
not more than a minute. Take them off in a plate. In the same pan fry ginger
for a minute and take it off.
3. After the cumin seeds and ginger cools down grind them along with grated
fresh coconut.
4. Add salt and sugar to taste and grind to a smooth paste.
5. Whisk curd; add the ground ginger mixture to the curd.
6. Season the tambuli and serve.
