Poori
Poori /
Puri is fried flat bread that is popular with all ages!! Most of the Thali
meals in restaurants South India have to have Pooris in them! Even though
easy to prepare at home, because it is deep fried, I prepare occasionally. On
these occasions though, everyone at home usually hit double digits J
Poori
goes well with most of the Palyas/Side dishes and also with Amras, Shrikhand
etc. So enjoy Pooris with spicy or sweet accompaniment.

small circular shape not too think nor too thin.
