Orange peel
Thick Tamarind paste
Jaggery

Method
1. Wash the orange peels well. Chop orange peels
very finely.
2. Take 1 ½ cup water in a vessel. Add tamarind
paste, jaggery and salt and keep for boiling. Once it starts boiling, add the
chopped orange peels.
3. Let this mixture boil to half the original
quantity on a medium to low flame.
4. Check the taste and adjust salt, sweet and
tanginess to your taste.
5. Add Rasam powder and sambar powder and give a
good mix.
6. Lower the flame and let the orange peel soak-up
all the spices and get cooked well. This process may take another 10-15
minutes. Get the consistency to paste.
7. Make the above seasoning; pour it over the Gojju
and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
