Mmm…Mango Lassi


Mango Lassi is one of the best known Lassi varieties especially outside India. Can prepare with either fresh fruit or canned pulp, but Lassi with fresh fruit is always the best.

Ingredients
 
 
 
Mango
Milk
Curd
Sugar
Cardamom Powder (optional)

½ Cup
1 Cup
2-3 Tsp.
A Pinch
Method
1.  Peel the skin of the mango and cut them to big chunks.
2.  In a blender jar add sugar and mango pieces and blend to puree.
3.  Add curd and milk and run the blender to smooth and creamy consistency.
Note: Adjust the consistency and sweetness of lassi accordingly. Garnish with cardamom powder if you wish too.
4.  Pour the lassi in a glass and serve chilled.
