Method
1. Dry grind
the above ingredients in “To Grind”.
2. Heat oil in a pan and do the seasonings. Add
chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
3. Add red chilli powder and sauté. Now add chopped
beans and give a mix. Sprinkle some water and cook for 9-10 minutes mixing
them on and off.
4. Add salt, jaggery and the dry ground powder and
give the curry a good mix. Let it cook for 3-4 more minutes.
Note:
You can either add coriander-cumin powder which is available in general
grocery store. Crush in garlic and ginger and mix it with the curry.
