Green Apple and Red Capsicum Curry

and crispy to use. Green apple with salt, sugar, masala and roasted powdered
gram gives unique flavor. This curry is both colorful and tasty to go with
parathas and chapati.

Ingredients

Green Apple
Red Capsicum
Onion
Garlic
Red Chilli Powder
Pav Bhaji Masala
Powdered roasted gram / Putani

Method
1. Chop apple to bite size pieces and chop onion and
capsicum to small pieces. Mince garlic finely.
2. Heat oil in a pan and make seasoning.
3. Add onion and garlic and sauté for 4-5 minutes on
low to medium flame. Add the chopped apple pieces and sauté for a minute.
4. Now add salt, red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala
and mix.
5. Add a glass of water and cover with a lid and cook
it for 5 minutes.
6. Add capsicum and the powdered roasted gram and
give a good mix. Adjust for the consistency by adding water and adjust salt
and sugar to taste. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
7. Garnish with Coriander leaves and serve.
