Cut Mirchi Chat is one of my favorite chats and my husband’s too! Chat with hot (as in spicy) Mirchi variety makes this lips smacking and eyes watering J

Peanuts
Onion
Chaat Masala
Cumin Powder
Salt
Lemon Juice
Coriander leaves

Method
1.  Cut the mirchi bajjis roundwise.
 
2.  Chop finely the onion.
3.  Heat a table spoon of oil and roast the peanuts nicely. To this add the cut mirchi bajjis and give a mix. Sauté for 2 minutes.
4.  Put off the heat.
5.  Add chaat masala, cumin powder and salt. Mix lightly.
6.  Add chopped onion, lemon juice and coriander leaves and give a quick mix.
7.  Transfer to a serving plate and serve hot with green chutney and hot and sweet ketchup.
