Method
1. Cut Okra into small round pieces. Slit green
chillies.
2. Heat oil
in a pan and make the seasoning with the above ingredients.
3. Add cut okra’s and green chillies and fry on
medium flame nice and crispy.
4. Meanwhile whisk curd and add salt and sugar. Mix
well.
5. Add fried okra’s and garnish with coriander
leaves.
Note: Okra’s if fried crispier will
taste better. Mix the fried okra to the curd just before serving.
