means juice of mango. Aamras though is slight thicker than Mango juice. Sounds yummy and tastes super yummy. Aamras goes
very well with Pooris, Phulka, Neer Dosa/Bajjar Dose, Ottu Shavige or can be
relished just as is.

Ripe Mangoes
Sugar / Jaggery
Milk (optional)
Cardamom (optional)

Method
1.
Peel the mangoes and dice.
2.
Blend the cut mango pieces, cardamom and sugar in a
blender.
3.
Add milk and blend it again to a puree.
4.
Serve chilled.
