Vada Pav
is the most famous street food of Mumbai. It was love at first bite when I
had it first time in Mumbai. Vada Pav with Peanut Garlic Chutney Powder and
fried green Chilli is an awesome and spicy combination that you should try
out!!

Green Chillies

Method
1. Shallow fry the green chillies with little oil.
2. Take the vada pav bun and slit in half (but keep
one side still joined). If you are using burger pav, well it is already split
in half, so just use it J
Optional: (I usually warm the Pavs on
the Tava/Skillet. You do not have to do this)
3. Apply Green Chutney to one side and Sweet &
Sour Chutney to the other side.
4. Sprinkle Peanut Garlic Chutney powder on the Pav.
Place the Aloo Vada and one fried Chilli between the two halves of the pav.
Note: Ensure the vadas are hot!! Else
the “mazaa” of Vada Pav is reduced J
5.
Press down
gently and serve!!
