Grated Coconut
Red Chillies
Garlic
Tamarind Paste

Method
1. Cut tomatoes and capsicum into small cubes. Cut chillies too.
2. Heat a little oil in a pan add the capsicum, tomatoes and chillies and
cook till done but not mushy.
3. Let it cool.
4. Grind the cooked capsicum with coconut, tamarind, salt and garlic.
5. Do the above seasoning and pour over the chutney.
