Papdi Chaat

A delicious chaat which is super easy to
make. Crunchy, tasty and yummy too. I have substituted the Papdi with a
packet of Rice Cracker (which is baked).Can use boiled chickpeas to layer on
the crackers.

has always been a favorite of all in my family J.I remember having this chat first time at one
of my friends place. My kids and my husband help me out to arrange a plate of
Papdi Chaat always J Try out

Papdi / Cracker
Boiled Potato
Chopped Onion
Chopped Tomato
Chaat Powder
Curd
Thin Sev
Coriander Leaves

Method
1. Dice / Mash the boiled potato. Chop onion and
tomato finely.
2. Arrange the cracker / papdi in a serving plate.
3. Place potato, onion and tomato one by one on the
cracker.
4. Now drizzle green chutney and sweet chutney over
the cracker.
Note: Here at this point you can also
add yogurt / curd on the top of the cracker.
5. Sprinkle the chaat masala, sev and chopped
coriander leaves over the arranged papdi / cracker.
6. Your Papdi chaat is ready to serve.
