Oats Multilentil Dosa
Oats
combined with other lentils also tastes good. I think we can call it “Oats
Adai”. Can pour the dosa either thick or either thin accordingly.

Method
1.
Soak all the
dals for 3-4 Hours.
Note: I added split green moong dal
instead of the yellow moong dal.
2. Grind the soaked dals with oats, cumin seeds, and
dry red chillies.
3. Grind to a smooth paste. ( To dosa batter
consistency )
Note: You can either pour the dosa
immediately or can let ferment it. Generally I like all the batter for idli
and dosa to ferment.
Can add chopped onions while making the
dosa.
4. Let it ferment.
5. Take the required quantity of batter and add
salt.
6. Heat skillet and pour the batter and make dosa.
7. Drizzle oil and cook till done and flip the dosa.
8. Serve with chutney / sambar.
