made of moong dal and urad dal. Seasoned and steamed. Reminds of Kanchipuram
Idli’s. If you have those small cute idli moulds you can steam them using the
moulds.

Idli Rava
Urad Dal
Moong Dal
Beaten Rice / Poha
Fenugreek Seeds

Method
1. Soak the dals, fenugreek seeds and poha for 2
hours.
2. Soak idli rava in water just 10-15 minutes before
grinding.
3. Grind the soaked dals mixture to a smooth batter.
4. Now drain the water of rava and mix the ground
batter.
5. Let the batter ferment.
6. Do the tempering and pour it over the batter. Add
salt and mix well.
7. Pour the batter in the idli mould and steam them
for 15-20 minutes.
8. Serve hot idli’s with chutney and sambar
