Basmati Rice / Long Grain rice
Mint Leaves
Green Chillies
Cinnamon
Clove
Cumin Seeds
Ghee / Oil
Salt

Method
1. Heat ghee / oil in a pressure cooker. Heat on
medium.
2. Add cumin seeds, clove and cinnamon and stir it
for 5-6 seconds.
3. Now add in cut green chillies and chopped mint
leaves, stir it.
4. Add rice and fry for 2-3 minutes.
5. Cook rice adding water and salt accordingly.
6. Garnish with roasted cashews and fried onion.
Note: Mint leaves and fried onions
enhance the flavor of the rice. If you don’t like adding them you can always
skip.
Fried onion can also be brought from
grocery store or you can fry them freshly @ home.
