Green Chutney for Chaat


Mint and coriander chutney is a good accomplishment for a lot of snacks such as dhokla’s, samosas and a number of chaat items.

Ingredients
 
 
Coriander Leaves
Mint Leaves
Onion
Green Chillies
Lemon / Lime Juice
Salt
Sugar
1 Cup
½ Cup
1 Small
3-4
1 Tsp.
To Taste
A Pinch
Method
1.  Chop the onion, mint leaves and coriander leaves.
2.  Grind in the leaves, onion and the above ingredients to smooth paste.
3.  Can use a little water to grind.
4.  Store it in the refrigerator.
Note: Dilute when use
