Peanuts
Tamarind Pulp
Green Chilli
Salt
Oil

Method
1. In a fry pan take a little oil and roast peanuts
and green chilli.
2. Roast them until they give off nice aroma.
3. Let them cool.
4. Now in a blender jar add the roasted peanuts,
green chillies, salt and tamarind and grind to a smooth paste using water to
obtain chutney consistency.
5. Make the seasoning and pour it over the chutney.
Note: Options : Can use dry red
chillies instead of green chillies.
Can add a pod of raw garlic while grinding too.
The spicy and tangy the chutney tastes better.
