making kids eat Green leaves is always a challenge J One of the best ways is Alu Palak Paratha
with lots of Spinach. Kids won’t even realize!!

Ingredients
|
Potatoes
Spinach
Wheat Flour
Cumin Seeds
Turmeric Powder
Garam Masala
Salt
Green Chillies
Oil

¼- ½ Cup

1 Tsp.
To Taste

Method
1. Finely chop spinach and green chillies. Cook
potatoes in pressure cooker. Peel and mash the potatoes.
2. In a mixing bowl take wheat flour, salt, turmeric
powder, garam masala and cumin seeds.
Note: Coarsely crush the cumin seeds in
your palm to enhance the flavor
3. Mix well with your fingertips.
4. Add chopped spinach, green chillies and mashed
potatoes, mix well.
5. Add water slowly to make soft and firm dough.
6. Divide the dough into equal portions. Roll them
like chapati using a rolling pin.
7. Heat the skillet on medium to high flame and cook
the Paratha on both sides brushing little oil till you get brown or golden
blisters on them
8. Serve hot with butter on the Paratha.
