Aloo Vada / Bonda


Aloo Vada / Bonda is a fast food that most love to relish to eat with either Green and Sweet & Sour Chutnies or with Pav as Vada pav. Try out on cold days !!

Gram Flour / Besan / Kadale Hittu

Method
1.     Boil potatoes, peel and mash. Chop green chillies finely
2.     In a mixing bowl add mashed potatoes, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, salt, coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix well
3.     Make desired size of balls of the mixture above.
4.     In a separate bowl, take a cup of gram flour, add salt, add water little by little and ensure the batter is not too thick or thin.
5.     Dip each ball in the batter and deep fry.
6.     Serve with Green Chutney and Ketchup.
