Winter Melon / Bood Kumbalkai Tambli
Bood Kumbalkai Tambli is normally prepared using
the thin flesh surrounded by the seeds of the winter melon which is called
Bondu in Tulu or Dindu in Kannada. The consistency of Tambli should be
thinner than chutney. Either buttermilk or curd is used to make the Tambli.
