Vegetable
Puff always reminds of the Indian Bakery. Here is a way to satisfy the
craving of vegetable puff…Can add in some more mixed vegetables like finely
chopped carrot, capsicum and beans. Serve hot with tomato ketchup. Pastry
sheets are available in the frozen section in any departmental store.

Boiled Potato
Peas
Onion
Chopped Mint Leaves
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Garam Masala
Ginger garlic Paste (optional)
Salt
Lemon / Lime Juice
Oil

Method
1. Thaw the pastry sheet as instructed in the box.
2. Chop onion finely. Mash potato.
3. Heat oil in a pan on medium flame.
4. Add chopped onion and sauté it for 2-3 minutes,
add ginger garlic paste and sauté till there is no more raw smell.
5. Add in garam masala, mint leaves and salt and
mix.
6. Now add the peas and cook for a couple of
minutes.
7. Mix in the mashed potato.
8. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves and give a
good mix.
9. Switch the gas off. The filling is ready.
10. Take the thawed sheets and cut them to desired
size, fill in the filling and bake the sheets as in the instruction given in
the box. (Typically 400 F till it gets golden brown color)
