Fenugreek seeds/ Methi / Mente
Coriander seed/ Daniya
Dry red chilli
Bengal gram / Chana Dal / Kadale Bele
Coconut
Salt
Jaggery

2. Now grind the soaked
rice along with coconut (fresh or frozen), coriander seeds and the roasted fenugreek
seeds and red chillies.
4. Pour batter into a
container and now add tamarind pulp (approximately ¼ tsp.), jaggery and salt
according to taste.
5. Heat the Tava and pour
the dosas.
6. Goes well with butter
and vadu mango pickle
