Radish Raita / Mulangi Mosaru Gojju

Curd
Green chilli
Ginger
Salt
Sugar
Asafetida / Hing
Mustard

1. Wash and peel the radish. Grate radish and ginger and set them aside.
2. Now in a bowl take curd, add salt and sugar to curd and mix.
3. Add grated radish and ginger.
4. Chop green chilli too and add it to raita.
5. Season the raita with mustard and serve.
