Potato Raita

A quick raita with a twist by adding roasted and crushed peanuts which greatly enhances up the taste. Potato raita goes well with steamed rice,paratha and roti

Method
1.        Boil, peel and mash the potato.
2.       In a small fry pan take little oil and set it for seasoning which are given above.
3.       To the seasoning add chopped green chilly and curry leaves before switching off the stove.
4.       Whisk curd, add salt and add the mashed potato.
5.       Roasted Peanuts must be powdered coarsely.
6.       Mix the peanut powder and mix in the seasoning.
7.        Potato raita ready.  The raita goes well with Rice and Chapati.
Note: Adjust the consistency of raita by adding some more curd.
